Micro Tunneling
Underground tunnel construction technique used to construct utility tunnels from approximately 500mm to 12000mm in diameter. It is not possible to have an operator driving the machine because of small diameter, so the tunneling machines have to be remotely operated.
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
Useful and cost effective solution when utility placement is required in difficult locations. Horizontal Directional Drilling can go places open cut options cannot.
